Designed for closed-loop oil circulation systems, XRZ units deliver precise, stable lubrication to critical components such as bearings and gears, reducing friction, dispersing heat, and ensuring consistent machine performance under demanding conditions.

Modular, Integrated Design

Each XRZ station integrates an oil reservoir, dual-pump configuration (one operational, one standby), duplex mesh filter, oil cooler, control cabinet, and instrument panel in a single, factory-assembled unit. Installation is simple—no special foundation required.

With flow rates ranging from 6 to 1000 L/min, the XRZ series covers a wide spectrum of applications. Key system features include:

• Operational pressure: adjustable between 0.2 and 0.6 MPa

• Oil compatibility: N22–N460 extreme pressure gear oils

• Cooling & heating options: integrated heat exchanger and electric heater

• PLC-based automation: with DCS interface for remote control and alarms

• Filtration: Magnetic and fine mesh filters (0.05–0.12 mm accuracy)

Built for Industrial Environments

All pipelines are seamless, flange-connected and arc-welded to prevent leaks. The oil tanks are corrosion-protected and include maintenance ports, oil level control, air removal, and digital temperature monitoring.
